Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from meltmethod.com, please email help@meltmethod.com within 30 days of receipt to return the product as instructed for a full refund of the purchase price (less the cost of shipping). Refund is for the physical items returned only. Original shipping will not be refunded.

If a product is damaged upon receipt or breaks within 90 days of purchase, the damaged component of the product will be replaced.

Hand and Foot Training Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the training start date, your payment will be credited to your MELT account via store credit or refunded minus a fee of $50. (Refunds require the return of all pretraining materials.)

Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days prior to the training start date, your payment will be credited to your MELT account via store credit minus a fee of $50 or refunded minus a fee of $100. (Refunds require the return of all pretraining materials.)

Should you cancel your registration less than two weeks prior to the training start date, your payment will be credited to your MELT account via store credit minus a fee of $100. Cancellations within two weeks of the training are non-refundable.

Training may be canceled if a minimum number of trainees is not reached one month prior to training. All registrants will receive a full refund on return of the training materials or a full store credit or immediate transfer to a future training.

Instructor Training Level One Cancellation Policy

Important: All application fees are non-refundable. Cancellations result in the loss of your initial $250 training application fee in addition to any cancellation fees listed below.

The Instructor Level 1 Training consists of an 8 week 35-hour Pre-Training Program and a 5 day 35-hour Instructor Training with Sue Hitzmann. Registered trainees are required to complete the entire Pre-training Program prior to their arrival at the actual training. Your access to the Pre-training materials is valuable and factored into the total training cost.

Should you cancel your registration prior to the commencement of the Pre-training Program, you have two options:

  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be credited to your MELT account via store credit
  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50

Should you cancel your registration at any time during the Pre-training Program, your refund* or store credit will be returned minus a fee of $175 for each week the Pre-training Program has been active. Note: This policy applies regardless of whether or not you have actively participated in the program.

Cancellations that occur after the 8 week Pre-training Program are non-refundable and will be given as store credit (minus your $250 application fee) and minus a $1400 pre-training program fee.

*Refunds require the return of all pre-training materials.
Instructor members who are registered to retake Instructor Level 1 Training who cancel prior to the beginning of the Pre-training Program will receive a refund minus the deposit of $250. Instructor members who are registered to retake Instructor Level 1 Training who cancel after the beginning of the Pre-training Program will receive a refund minus the deposit of $250 and a cancelation fee of $100.

NeuroStrength Training Level One Cancellation Policy

Important: All application fees are non-refundable. Cancellations result in the loss of your initial $250 training application fee in addition to any cancellation fees listed below.
Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the training start date, you have two options:

  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be credited to your MELT account via store credit
  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50

Should you cancel your registration two weeks to 30 days prior to the training start date, you have two options:

  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be credited to your MELT account via store credit minus a cancellation fee of $125
  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50%

Cancellations that occur less than two weeks prior to the training start date are non-refundable. You have one option:

  • your registration payment (minus your $250 application fee) will be credited to your MELT account via store credit minus a cancellation fee of $200

Event Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the event, your payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $50. Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days to one week prior to the event, your payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50 percent. Cancellations within one week of MELT events are non-refundable.

International Taxes and Duties

Please note that additional charges for shipping, duty and taxes may apply. These fees are calculated upon import by destination country and paid by the customer.
