Yes, this course is facilitated entirely online via MELT University Online and using Zoom.

To receive your certificate of completion and be granted your status as a MELT Level 1 Instructor, you will need to successfully complete all assignments in the online course and pass the final open-book assessment.

No, this is a 3-month course with definitive start and end dates. Each Zoom session covers different moves and sequences, so it’s important you have completed specific modules before joining the Zoom sessions with Sue. A detailed module schedule will be shared with you when the course begins. If for any reason you are unable to complete the course within the course timeframe, you can apply for an extension by emailing our Instructor Support Team.

That’s okay– the recordings will be uploaded to your online course within 48 hours after each call.

If you cancel your registration before May 28th, you may receive a full refund to your credit card. Cancellations after May 28th will be refunded in MELT store credit. Refunds will only be processed upon return of all 3 workbooks. If you wish to keep the store credit issued or if you have used the issued store credit, it will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the tools, we offer a 30-day return period from receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The time spent on the training material will vary for each individual. We’ve found the trainees who are most successful in this course tend to allocate anywhere between 3-6 hours per week toward studying the material over the 3-month duration of the course.
