Introducing MELT Performance

I feel like I’m sending my kid off to college. I’m launching something I have created and cultivated for decades and I can hardly wait for you to try it. My new method, MELT Performance, is an awesome addition to the MELT Method. In addition to reducing your risk of injury and helping eliminate chronic pain, it boosts your competitive edge!
MELT Performance is ideal for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to achieve peak performance and help prevent chronic pain and injuries for good. It’s also great for people who’ve been MELTing who want to take their self-care practice to the next level or anyone who wants to improve joint stability and longevity.
Starting several decades ago, I began developing a technique based on my own study and work with Neuromuscular Therapy, a very specialized form of hands-on manual therapy. I wanted everyone to be able to benefit from this amazing technique – even if they didn’t have access to a highly trained specialist.
Some colleagues told me this task was impossible, but I was determined to develop a hands-off way that people could do this work on their own. After a lot of trial and error, I discovered the magic combination of props, body weight, and precise movement and called this new method MELT NeuroStrength. I’ve been refining this work with my clients and in my classes to great success for years, and integrated key moves of the MELT Method to enhance this work and its results. I’ve also trained a very select group of MELT instructors to teach this unique form of “hands-off bodywork,” and they have been changing lives in ways that inspire me every day.
Now I’m ready to share this with you – a unique self-treatment I call MELT Performance.
