Zoe Bowick Levine is a certified personal trainer and MELT instructor specializing in pre and post-natal training and post rehab fitness. She has a degree in dance, is certified through the American Council on Exercise, and has been helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals for the past 7 years. She has spent the past 4 years building and running a personal training studio out of Brooklyn, and more recently has enjoyed bringing her focus back to her clients through her new company Everyday Balance. Zoe's workouts incorporate elements of traditional weight training, MELT, dance, yoga, corrective exercise, and Pilates. She focuses on bringing fun and variety into her clients' experiences of fitness and wellness while continually educating them about their bodies. Her goal is to inspire and motivate people to move, bringing energy and health into all aspects of their lives, and she encourages all her clients to continually reach for higher levels of motivation, commitment, and overall wellbeing. In addition to acting as an exercise specialist at Renew Physical Therapy under the guidance of Isa Herrera, Zoe is currently studying Craniosacral Therapy, and is always looking for ways to help people get out of pain and back into their lives.
