The 14-hour MELT Hand and Foot Instructor training explores the scientific basis of MELT and prepares instructors to teach the Hand and Foot Treatment in one-on-one and group settings.
Instructor Training
The 50-hour MELT Instructor Training equips graduates with an understanding of the MELT Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate, and Release techniques using the MELT soft foam roller.
I'm former Russian gymnast and skydiver. Spent years of working as a gymnastics coach, yoga teacher and pro-thai massage therapist. Also, I hold Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, RYT (500) and work as a MELT method Insturctor. I work for the Chatham Fitness Club, Can - Do Club of Short Hills, Rahway Recreation Center.
