Laurie is a Black Belt Nia teacher, trainer and life coach who lives near Portland, Oregon. She loves traveling worldwide, sharing her passion for healing movement. The MELT Method is the perfect compliment to the Nia Technique, a barefoot movement and lifestyle practice as well as to the Nia 5 Stages ~ an integrative practice based on the stages of human development.
