Keira has been working in the health and wellness industry for 10 years. She holds degrees in Sport and Exercise Science, and Occupational Therapy. She initially worked in the corporate fitness industry for four years before specializing in rehabilitation as an occupational therapist. She has worked with adults with orthopedic and neurological dysfunctions, as well as with children with disabilities. Her true passion encompasses the integration of wellness, prevention and rehabilitation. She is a true believer that M.E.L.T. is an integral component of the quest for well-being and harmony.
