Alaina has been in the fitness industry all of her life first as a gymnast, gymnastics coach and finally a NASM certified personal trainer. She is also a CHEK certified Golf Biomechanic. Alaina is the owner of Freestyle Fitness located in the beautiful Eastlake area of San Diego CA. Her facility is dedicated to functional training and fitness without injury. Alaina has just added M.E.L.T to her list because she feels that it is the missing link to living a healthy and pain free life. Alaina loves what she does and it shows in the beautiful and strong bodies of her clients Some of Alaina's hobbies are running, skiing, weight training and interior design. Alaina is the mother of 3 daughters and a little boy named Jaren. She also has 4 grandchildren.
