MELT Move of the Month

MELT can be added to any exercise and wellness regimen. It's also a great way to start one. All you need are the proper self-treatment tools.

The MELT Move of the Month focuses on one technique that you can try once a day. Make sure you Assess, MELT, and then Reassess so you can get a sense of the changes after you MELT. Once you learn a few individual techniques, we can show you how to devise a MELT Map to directly help improve your efficiency and reduce body pain.

MELT Mini Maps are quick self-treatments that focus on an area of the body or a specific issue or activity. All Mini Maps feature various direct and indirect patent-pending techniques from the 4 R’s of MELT: Reconnect, Rebalance, Release, and Rehydrate.

You can do a Mini Map anytime. The more often you MELT, the quicker you’ll experience remarkable results. Three times a week or more is optimal.
