A full 90 minutes to focus on issues of the lower back, hips, legs, knees, ankles, feet (including plantar fasciitis). You'll get simple self-treatment techniques you can use before or after a run to help you prevent or heal common injuries, improve mobility, and erase chronic aches and pains. We'll use soft foam rollers and MELT balls to stimulate the connective tissue throughout the body and make the muscles feel great!
