MELT Intro Class
Join MELT instructor Nikki Naab-Levy for an introduction to the MELT Method, a unique self-treatment approach that uses soft foam rollers and small MELT hand and foot balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and learn how to keep your whole body working more efficiently. MELT whole body treatment techniques are easy to learn and take only 10 minutes a day to incorporate into your self-care routine to help you remain active, healthy and pain-free for life!
