MELT Your Hips and Knees

If your hips and knees hurt, even the simplest movements become challenging. Learn ways to ease tension, improve range of motion, promote pelvic stability, and build strength safely in this unique MELT workshop. We will combine techniques from MELT Length to relax and release, with MELT Strength exercises to repattern and rebuild the way you move. This is very powerful combination because Length prepares your muscles to work more efficiently for Strength.
All levels are welcome but you must be able to get up and down from the floor.
