Have you heard about MELT, but are not sure what it does? Are you looking for a gentle pro-active approach to managing your chronic aches and pains? Would you like to complement your yoga practice by including MELT?

In this 4-week series geared to novice MELTers, we will explore the basic principles of using the MELT roller and balls to rehydrate the connective tissue in your body. Hydrated connective provides better support for muscles, bones, joints, organs, and nerves, so the body naturally works more efficiently from the inside out. Body awareness, alignment, and relaxation all improve almost immediately when you tap into this powerful tissue in the body.

Topics include:
Week 1: MELT Your Hands and Feet
Week 2: MELT Your Core
Week 3: MELT Your Hips and Legs
Week 4: MELT Your Neck and Shoulders

It is recommended that you take all four weeks together, but drop-ins are welcome, space permitting.

MELT rollers and balls will be available for purchase at the first session, and participants are encouraged to have them at home for practice in between sessions.
