MELT Instructor Training

(50-hour training)

New science has shown that the missing link to pain-free living is a balanced nervous system and healthy connective tissue—the neurofascial system. MELT is the first applicable neurofascial, self-treatment technique designed to rehydrate connective tissue and rebalance the nervous system. MELT helps to heal and prevent injury, pain, and dysfunction, while improving overall results of any technique or therapy. The techniques used to treat the body with this new science mimic creator Sue Hitzmann’s hands-on methods of therapy.

MELT also treats the “NeuroCore™” system, a dual neurofascial system that provides whole-body grounding and balance, gut support, and core and spinal stability. This system is not strengthened through current exercise methods. MELT directly treats this system and creates immediate changes in alignment, spinal mobility and stability.

This method can be combined with your fitness, rehabilitation, or manual therapy education as a tool to teach your clients how to maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle for years to come. MELT can transform your current practice into a destination for pain prevention and peak performance.
