MELT Education Series

The MELT Education Series offers the most up-to-date information about self-treating the human body for pain and dysfunction in the therapeutic, wellness, fitness, and rehabilitative industries today. M.E.L.T. Method® creator Sue Hitzmann has assimilated, integrated, and condensed neurofascial science and connective tissue research and translated this science into an accessible method that dramatically improves the body's ability to maintain pelvic stability, core integrity, and connective tissue hydration throughout a lifetime. This revolutionary approach to pain-free living uses easy-to-learn, highly specialized techniques to empower people at all stages of life and all fitness levels to take control of their aging process and prolong an active lifestyle.

Explore the groundbreaking science behind MELT and learn how to apply this science to any wellness, fitness, or therapy modality. The MELT curriculum will broaden and ground your knowledge of alignment and whole-body tensional balance, and introduce the new concept of Hands-off Bodywork™.

The MELT Education Series is comprised of three distinct trainings, all of which qualify for ACE and NASM CECs (PMA and other CECs pending approval):

MELT Instructors who have completed the full MELT Education Series and completed the audition process may participate in the Advanced MELT Education Series. These continuing education courses deepen and refine a MELT Instructor’s knowledge of hands-on palpation and assessment, as well as movement and core reintegration treatment protocols for common dysfunctional patterns.
