Yoga Stretch & MELT
Monday & Wednesdays 7:00 pm (1 hr.)
Improve your current Yoga practice with MELT. We will combine Yoga stretches and MELT techniques. MELTing hydrates fascia, improving the body’s own natural healing abilities. You will learn how to bring your body back to a more ideal state by improving whole body balance, flexibility, and posture while eliminating pain and tension in your low back, neck, feet and hands.
