Within our body is a network that is not only surrounding every structure to give it shape and protection but a system that is working independent of biomechanical movement. It reacts, adapts, conforms, mutates, and creates tensional integrity of our entire being.

There's nothing like learning from people who have spawned from the same fabric. Today I spent 8 hours teaching a training in San Francisco to 13 wonderful women. It's easy to train people who have like minds. It's more like reinforcing beliefs and knowledge rather than trying to teach people something totally new.
